BRIDGETOWN BARBADOS, TUESDAY, JULY 9, 2010. Project Manager of the Barbados Coalition of Service Industries (BCSI), Michelle Hustler will be present at the prestigious Palais d’Egmont in Brussels on July 12 and 13 where the conference "ACP-EU INTERMEDIARY ORGANISATIONS: PARTNERSHIP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE" is scheduled to take place.
The conference is organized by Centre for the Development of Enterprise and Pro€Invest with the support of many other agencies. The main aim of the conference is to promote and finalize operational partnerships between African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) states and European Union(EU) Intermediary Organisations. These organizations refer to those who are responsible for promoting and facilitating business-to-business meetings and strategic alliances in the ACP and EU.
The conference includes three panel discussions where participants will learn how they can effectively facilitate their members’ access to domestic, regional and international markets and boosting trade exchanges. One to one sessions will also be an element of this exciting initiative. Participants are expected to take this opportunity to make contacts and take concrete steps towards cooperation.
The BCSI will reap enormous benefits from this conference as we offer very similar services to its members. Michelle will have the opportunity to learn the most effective way for this organization to carry out its business and how to strategically chart a course for the future.
This information will be communicated to the Board of Directors, staff and members of the BCSI to assure a holistic, united movement forward.
For further information on the workshops contact the BCSI Secretariat at 429- 5357 or email
